We use the effective positive reinforcement training method.

Class Descriptions
LEVEL ONE: In level one we cover basic obedience (sit, down, stay, come when called, walking nicely on a leash, etc.), fix problem behaviors (barking, jumping up, etc.), prevent future problem behaviors, relaxation exercises for the dog, focus exercises, introduction to rally and agility dog sports, puppy playtime and socialization skills, and the opportunity to try for the S.T.A.R. Puppy and/or Canine Good Citizen Award
LEVEL TWO/ MAINTENANCE CLASS: We review level one exercises and build on them all. We will be working on commanding our dogs from a distance, rock solid stays, off leash work, and building on our dogs socialization skills. We will also work on Rally, Confirmation Skills, Tricks, Freestyle Dance, and Drill Skills. This is a great class to take repeatedly to help your dog with socialization. Level One is a prerequisite.
LEVEL THREE/ MAINTENANCE CLASS: Catered class towards the needs of the students. Advanced work in anything and everything. You must pre-enroll because this class is at different locations around central Missouri and you will not know the locations unless you enroll in class.
AGILITY: If working as a team with your dog to do tunnels, weaves, jumps, and A-frames sounds like fun, then agility is for you. We will also have some Rally instruction and courses available. No previous classes are required!
RALLY: If you would like to learn a popular sport that enhances your connection with your dog while homing in on basic obedience skills then this is a great class for you. No previous classes are required!
SASSY DOG AGILITY: Does your dog love agility, but has a little attitude off leash (ex. dog to dog aggression). This is the class for them. Let them burn their energy, get some socialization skills, and grow in their bond with you while having fun with agility.
MIDMO WAGGERS: Whether you want to perform or just have fun in class this is a great energy burner for your dog and social time for both you and your dog. A level one basic obedience class is a pre-requisite. All dogs performing in public must be friendly with no corrective collars, but these requirements are not required for training in class.
4H SPIN CLUB: This is a combination of 4H plus anyone who wants to be a part of a fun group of youth. It consist of handlers and their dogs growing their dog's abilities with tricks, obedience, and fun activities. Although 4-H is for ages 5-18, our class requires an adult helper with all youth handlers. The charge is per youth handler.
SHOW DOG/TRICKS CLASS: Does your dog like to perform? Do you need to mentally challenge your dog? Learn tricks and skills and put them to music to make an entertaining performance and a great bonding time with your dog. Tricks is the new dog sport!!! Have fun while expanding your dog's mind. You might even decide to go for a tricks title! Learn: paws up, spin, take a bow, prayers, shake hands, hoop jump, touch/target, shell game, roll over, leg weave, figure 8's, jump through my arms, wave, soccer, crawl, balance and catch, sit pretty, walking backwards, etc. Taught by a certified Tricks Trainer for Dog More with Your Dog and AKC Trick Evaluator. We will have performing opportunities for those that want to perform - but it is not required. Level one and two obedience is a prerequisite.
