Therapy Dogs

Dogs That Heal

We are certified by TDI and give the therapy dog test and do so at frequent intervals.  We also do the AKC Canine Good Citizen and S.T.A.R. Puppy.

Certified Therapy Dog Evaluator

Our head trainer, Jennifer Winkelman, is TDI certified to give the Therapy Dog Test! (along with the AKC Canine Good Citizen and the S.T.A.R. Puppy Award). Contact us if you would like more information about the next upcoming test. Check out TDI's website as another great resource.

Therapy Dogs are making a difference!

Therapy dogs are compassionate and non-judgemental.

Studies indicate that petting a dog can be beneficial in many ways.

Our dogs are looking for places to make a difference. If you know of a place that is in need of Therapy Dog visits, please contact us. This is a voluntary service. Our dogs have experience in nursing homes and library reading programs. They are great with all age groups. Call us today!

Next Therapy Dog Test is . . .

Sunday, August 21 from 6PM - 7:30PM

Sunday, November 13 from 6PM - 7:30PM

Tests are at MidMo Dog Training with Jennifer Winkelman as the evaluator. You must pre-register by clicking the link below. Please visit the Therapy Dog International website tdi-dog.org for all the details of what you need to do to pass the evaluation. Best Wishes!
